Dear Sir/ Madam,
Recently I have ordered 2 iPhone 3GS from KLCC Maxis Centre.
Yesterday, I have received a SMS that asking me to go for phone collection.
When I reached the centre, the staff told me that the queue number is quite full and ask me to go back home. I am not happy with that kind of service. So I complained to the other officer, En. Faizul.
Faizul did offered a queue number to me, 501. That moment, the current queue is until number 484. So I took the number 501 and wait. After 20 minutes later, I found out that the queue is still at number 484. This is a very serious problem. As referred to a staff from that centre, the service period for 1 iPhone user is only around 15 minutes. Obviously something is wrong and we have to waste our time to wait, wait and wait.
The ridiculous part is, there were only 3 counters open yesterday. You should expect more customers to come and collect their iPhone because Maxis sent us the SMS. Why only 3 counters opened?
As I need to rush to Seremban for business, I told Faizul whether I can collect my 2 iPhone at Seremban Maxis centre. After he referred to his manager, he confirmed that I can collect from Seremban. And he also confirmed that the Maxis centre opens even during Public Holiday.
This morning, I went to the Seremban Maxis centre. Surprisingly, the centre is closed!
I would like to know:
a). Is that the service quality that Maxis can provide to the customers? Why so arrogant?
b). Why asking your customers go back, even they already received the SMS?
c). Why only few counters open? Maxis is a famous company in Malaysia, is that means Maxis can be arrogant to the customers?
d). If your staff not sure whether a centre is open during public holiday or not, why nobody keen to make a call to the related centre? Why have to wait until the customer go to the centre and found out that the centre is closed?
This is a very sucks customer service.
